    Include your company name, tokvilo account email, requested amount and billing requirements.

  2. Confirm payment instructions

    We confirm the service, USD usage allocation, equivalent credits and bank details by email before you make the transfer.

  3. Receipt verified, usage added

    An administrator adds the agreed usage to the specified account after verifying receipt. Check the confirmation email and account ledger.

What does a usage pack include?

tokvilo software services

tokvilo credits measure API and Playground service usage at a fixed $1 = 35 credits. They are not model tokens. Charges depend on the model, parameters and actual usage; a pack does not promise a fixed number of requests or permanent availability of a particular model.

Account-specific usage

Usage is non-transferable, cannot be cashed out and is not a payment method for third parties. It cannot purchase third-party accounts, subscriptions or top-up products. Refund requests follow our refund policy.

Requests & settlement

The quoted amount is reserved before a request and shown in both credits and USD; reserved usage is temporarily unavailable. Once usage is confirmed, the request is settled and excess reservation is released. An unconfirmed result may remain pending reconciliation; check the original request before proceeding.

Separate digital goods inquiries

Digital goods do not use API credits. Their separate inquiry service includes an email reply within 24 hours. Submitting an inquiry is not a purchase and is not part of a tokvilo software usage order.
